During a warm and friendly gathering, our head of the digestive surgery department, Dr. Jérôme Loriau, and our CEO, Régis Moreau, presented internship certificates to Ms. Sitora Kurbanova and Ms. Yuliya Myasnikova, two students from Uzbekistan.
This exchange program is part of our partnership with EMU University of Tashkent, which fosters concrete academic exchanges between France and Uzbekistan.
Over the course of several weeks, they gained insight into the daily routines of our teams, observed various surgical procedures, and participated in the exchanges that enrich life in a hospital department.
Beyond the training, this visit provided an opportunity to build relationships among healthcare professionals, exchange perspectives, and foster a shared understanding of patient care.
