At the 2026 World Congress of the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation (ISHLT) in Toronto, Dr. Camille Miard received a major international award.
Her article on the impact of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) on patient outcomes following pulmonary thromboendarterectomy was selected as one of the five most influential publications in the *Journal of Heart and Lung Transplantation* (JHLT), following a vote by the editorial board.
This distinction highlights the excellence of the clinical research conducted at the Pulmonary Hypertension Reference Center and underscores the essential role of the Adult Intensive Care Unit in this process of innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
