Each year, Saint-Joseph & Marie-Lannelongue Hospitals assess patient satisfaction through the national electronic survey E‑Satis (Evaluation of Hospitalized Patient Satisfaction). The 2025 results show improvement for both of our institutions.
A survey form is sent by email to all of the patients for a wide evaluation consideringe patient admissions, healthcare quality, accommodation comfort and the organisation of their departure.

My outpatient stay was excellent. I was surrounded by a careful and very professional staff from the day I arrived until departure. And quite simply, my recovery is going very, very well.
In January 2020, my father received treatment in the urological surgery ward. He was looked after by a very careful medical team. The room was particularly pleasant ; brand-new with panoramic view over Paris Saint Joseph Hospital chapel. The food was excellent. The administrative staff were also very kind.
